Properties of 2 terror handlers attached in Baramulla: Police
Srinagar, June 8: The properties of two terror handlers were attached in Baramulla on Saturday, Police said.
A statement of J&K Police issued here said that Police in Baramulla after obtaining the attachment order passed by Additional Sessions Court Baramulla, attached properties including 8 kanal and 4 marlas land worth crore of rupees belonging to two terror handlers Jaleel Ahmad Rather, son of Ghulam Muhammad and Muhammad Ashraf Mir, son of Sonaullah Mir, both residents of Tilgam Baramulla, based in Pakistan.
It said that the action was taken under Section 83 of CRPC and was linked with case FIR No 04/2008 under Section 2/3 of the EIMCO Act, 121 of the RPC, 7/25 of the Indian Arms Act, and 13 of the UA (P) Act of Police Station Kreeri.
The statement said that the properties were identified to be belonging to the terror handlers during the investigation conducted by Police.
