Srinagar, July 02: In a significant development, renowned socio-political figure Khawaja Farooq Renzu Shah, who has served in J&K’s administration in prestigious positions such as Additional Divisional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and Director of Information, joined Apni Party today during an impressive gathering at the party headquarters in Srinagar.

The Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari along with other senior party leaders gave a warm welcome to Renzu, who has also been President of the KAS Officers Association.  He has authored almost two dozen books on social, religious, and political topics. Renzu joined Apni Party along with scores of his supporters and associates.

On this occasion, speaking with media reporters Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “Apni Party has intensified its activities, and we are now actively engaging with our cadre and leadership in various districts, while also welcoming more and more political and social figures into the party fold to further strengthen the party.”

Replying a question, Bukhari said, “The poor performance of the elected government, even after nine months in office, has made people realize that they were misled by the ruling party. This is why people are now flocking to join Apni Party. They have come to understand that Apni Party is the only political entity that did not attempt to mislead the public during the election campaign.”
