Prominent Kashmir cardiologist Dr Hakim Irfan bags global fellowships

Srinagar, Jan 4: Dr Hakim Irfan, a distinguished interventional cardiacologist from Kashmir, has achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming the youngest professional to acquire three of the most prestigious fellowships in the field of cardiology.

With his latest recognition as a fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), Dr. Hakim Irfan adds another feather to his cap, solidifying his position as a leading figure in the global cardiology community.

Dr Irfan’s fellowship journey includes, FACC (Fellow of the American College of Cardiology), FAPSIC (Fellow of the Asia Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology, Singapore) and FESC( Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology), a recent and significant achievement.

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) has conferred the title of FESC on Dr Hakim in recognition of his exceptional contributions to cardiology. This accolade is reserved for healthcare professionals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and impact in advancing the field.
