Prominent businessman Mohd Amin Thathroo passes away

Srinagar, April 07: Prominent businessman and social worker Mohammad Amin Thathroo of Alamgari Bazaar, Srinagar, passed away on Sunday after a brief illness.

He was the brother-in-law (behnoyee) of noted broadcaster and news anchor, Feroze Gaani. Several religious and business organisations have condoled his demise.

The congregational Fateh Khawani will be observed on Wednesday, April 9, at 10 a.m. at the family’s ancestral graveyard in Alamgari Bazaar.

A condolence meeting will also be held thereafter at Green Lane, Botshah Mohalla, Lal Bazaar, Srinagar.
