Project Nishat goes live at Khyber Cement, marks major digital transformation
Srinagar, Jan 17: Khyber Cement on Saturday announced the successful go-live of Project Nishat, a company-wide digital transformation initiative that has migrated its core operations to SAP S/4HANA, marking a significant step towards adopting global enterprise standards.
The implementation represents a comprehensive overhaul of Khyber Cement’s business processes, enabling enhanced real-time visibility, seamless integration across functions and improved operational efficiency. The unified digital framework is expected to support organisational scalability and long-term growth by ensuring a single, integrated data environment.
Project Nishat was executed in close collaboration with Grant Thornton, with technical support from SAP Labs, combining global consulting expertise with advanced enterprise technology. The partnership ensured the deployment of a high-performance system tailored to Khyber Cement’s complex operational requirements.
