Prof Zahoor Geelani appointed as Director DIQA

Ganderbal, Mar 9:  Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Kashmir (CUK), Prof A Ravinder Nath, appointed Prof Syed Zahoor Ahmad Geelani, Dean School of Education as Director, DIQA, for a period of two years.

Prof Syed Zahoor is also holding the charge of In-charge Planning and Development Officer of the University.

Prof Geelani has previously held several administrative and academic positions at the university level. He was the In-charge principal of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Arts and Science College for Women; Dean of Student Welfare at CUK; and Assistant Proctor MANUU, CTE Srinagar Campus.
