Srinagar, Dec 18: Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, Army Commander of the Northern Command on Thursday reviewed the prevailing security architecture and assessed the operational preparedness of forces deployed in south Kashmir.

The visit underscored the Army’s continued focus on maintaining a high state of readiness in a complex and challenging security environment. During the review, Lt Gen Sharma was briefed by senior commanders on the evolving security situation and the measures in place to counter emerging threats.
