President, Vice-President, Prime Minister send Holi greetings

New Delhi, Mar 13: President Droupadi Murmu wished everyone a happy Holi. She said, “On this special occasion of Holi, I send warm greetings to all Indians, both in India and abroad.” She described Holi as a festival that “brings happiness and energy,” and highlights unity and brotherhood. “The bright colours of Holi reflect our nation’s strength in diversity. This festival also shows that good always wins over evil,” she added.

The President wished that the festival would “fill everyone’s life with joy and success.”

Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar also greeted the country, saying, “Holi reminds us that good triumphs over evil and signals the arrival of spring.” He encouraged people to “embrace the spirit of unity that Holi represents” and celebrate India’s rich cultural diversity. “May this Holi inspire us to fill our thoughts with compassion, our actions with kindness, and our hopes with positivity,” he said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shared his greetings. “A very happy Holi to all of you,” he said. “I hope this festival brings new energy and excitement to your lives, and strengthens the bonds of unity among us all.”
