Portion of building sealed

Poonch , Mar 14:  Authorities in Poonch's Mendhar sub division sealed portion of the building of Block Development Officer (BDO) office at subdivision headquarter after court issued an order in this respect.

This order was issued after a man approach the court with plea that the ruled will be department tasked him for construction of buildings including washroom which was completed but the payment has not be issued even after completion of all necessary formalities.

On Thursday, a team of civil administration headed by Executive Magistrate implemented the court order and sealed portion of the building of BDO office.

The order implementation team headed by the executive magistrate also pasted posters on this sealed portion of building informing that the action has been taken on the basis of an order issued by Court Poonch.
