Politics of separatism dead in J&K: Sat Sharma

Jammu, Aug 11: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir President Sat Sharma on Monday said that the BJP is committed to strengthening democracy at the grassroots. He said that Jammu & Kashmir stands at the threshold of a new era under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“The politics of separatism and opportunism is dead and no force, political or otherwise can stop Modi’s vision from reaching every home here,” he said.

“BJP is the present and future of this region ensuring J&K with development, national integration, and political stability. To take the BJP’s development vision to every household, the party will undertake massive public outreach in the coming months”, said Sat Sharma.

Leader of Opposition in J&K Assembly Sunil Sharma, and General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul were also a part of the organizational meeting at the party headquarters.

Sunil Sharma, taking a direct swipe at the opposition, stated that those who thrived on discrimination, corruption, and divisive politics for decades are now irrelevant. The people have seen through their lies. BJP’s politics is about empowerment without appeasement, and we will take this message to every booth, every voter, every household, he said.
