Policeman dies in Srinagar road accident

Srinagar, July 04: A policeman died in a road accident at 90 feet road in the Soura area of  Kashmir capital Srinagar district on Thursday.

Quoting an official, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that a scooty rider was hit by a truck at 90 feet road, leading to on spot death of the rider.

The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Amin Bhat son of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat resident of Repora Lar Ganderbal, SgCt in J&K Police presently posted at DPL Srinagar.

He said the police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.
