The fund seeks to encourage greater industry participation in frontier research, promote public–private partnerships, and accelerate technology development in critical sectors. The three-day conclave, scheduled from November 3 to 5, will bring together more than 3,000 participants from academia, research institutions, industry, and government, along with Nobel Laureates, eminent scientists, innovators, and policymakers.

Discussions at ESTIC 2025 will focus on 11 thematic areas, including Advanced Materials and Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Science and Technology, Space Technologies, Bio-Manufacturing, Blue Economy, Emerging Agriculture Technologies, Electronics and Semiconductor Manufacturing, Energy, Environment and Climate, Digital Communications, and Health and Medical Technologies. Officials said the conclave will feature keynote lectures, panel discussions, presentations, and technology showcases, providing a dynamic platform for collaboration among researchers, entrepreneurs, and young innovators.
