PM Modi’s special initiatives transformed Gurez: Dr Andrabi

Srinagar, Sep 11: BJP National Executive Member and J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s special developmental initiatives have transformed Gurez.

According to a press note, she was addressing a rally here. Dr Andrabi accompanied BJP candidate for Gurez Faqir Mohammad Khan for the rally and filing of his nominations.

The rally was attended by a huge gathering of people in a large cavalcade of vehicles passing through many localities and hamlets amid rousing welcome by the people. People showered flower petals on the vehicles of the show during the rally.

Addressing the gathering Dr Darakhshan Andrabi said that this beautiful border valley lacked development during the past seven decades, but now BJP has made significant change in the lives of the people here. "Prime Minister's special developmental initiatives have transformed Gurez. Very important road network has been lspread in all parts of the valley. Many development initiatives have been taken and in the days to come Gurez will see more development envisioned by BJP," she said.

She hailed the people of Gurez for their nationalistic approach.
