PM Modi’s good governance motivating people to join BJP: Ashok Koul
Jammu, Feb 5: J&K BJP general secretary (organisation) Ashok Koul today said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s good governance is motivating the people to join BJP.
According to a press release, he was addressing a party programme here. Prominent members of the Kashmiri Pandit community joined BJP in his and other leaders presence. They were offered party Patkas and assisted in getting themselves registered as party members through online mode.
The new entrants included Dr Manorama Bakshi, a social development professional and vice-President of all India Kashmiri Samaaj, Sunil Kumar Sher, a Retired Technical officer in R&B (PWD), Ishant Hangloo, a Business entrepreneur (IT Sector) and Veerji Thaploo, a social activist.
Ashok Koul, while welcoming into the party fold, said that the BJP has undertaken a nationwide campaign to convince the prominent persons of various communities and fields to join the BJP and the party is witnessing massive joining with each passing day. He said that the BJP is of the view that the persons who have excelled in different fields and have become icons, can prove to be of great help in creating a positive narrative in favour of the party in public.
