PM Modi salutes bravehearts on Armed Forces Veterans Day

Srinagar, Jan 14: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today saluted bravehearts and paid tributes to men and women who dedicated their lives in safeguarding the country. He said our veterans are heroes and symbols of patriotism.

PM Modi reiterated that our government has always worked for the welfare of veterans and will keep doing so in future also.

Taking to micro-blogging site X (formerly Twitter) PM Modi said: “On Armed Forces Veterans Day, we express gratitude to the brave women and men who dedicated their lives to safeguarding our nation. Their sacrifices, courage and unwavering commitment to duty are exemplary. Our Veterans are heroes and enduring symbols of patriotism. Ours is a Government that has always worked for the welfare of veterans and we will keep doing so in the times to come”.
