New Delhi, July 06: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday paid tribute to Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS), highlighting his unwavering commitment to righteousness and truth.

In a post on social media platform X, the Prime Minister said, “The sacrifices made by Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) emphasise his commitment to righteousness. He inspires people to uphold truth in the face of adversity.”

The message comes as people across the country observe Muharram, commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
