PM Modi hails RSS centenary

New Delhi, Oct 2: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday commended the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as it marked 100 years of service to the nation.

He highlighted the organisation’s role in nation-building and in preserving India’s civilizational ethos.

The Prime Minister shared on social media an address delivered by Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, describing it as inspiring and reflective of the RSS’s enduring contribution to strengthening the country. He said the speech underlined India’s innate potential to achieve new heights of glory while contributing to the welfare of humanity. The posts, made in both Hindi and English, carried the hashtag #RSS100Years to mark the organisation’s centenary celebrations.
