PM holds talks with UK’s Rishi Sunak to strengthen bilateral relations

New Delhi, Mar 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in a telephone dialogue today with UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, emphasising the commitment to bolster the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between their nations.

During their conversation, the leaders expressed contentment over advancements achieved within the framework of the Roadmap 2030. This encompassed a spectrum of collaborations spanning trade, investment, defence, security, and emerging technologies.

Both also talked about the constructive discourse surrounding the ongoing negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement, with both leaders expressing optimism about its potential benefits.
