Pillion rider killed in Anantnag road accident

Srinagar, Mar 13: A pillion rider was killed on Thursday in a road accident at Kanelwan area of Bijbehara in Anantnag district.

Quoting officials, GNS reported that one pillion rider was seriously injured after a motorcycle met with an accident near Kanelwan.

He was immediately rushed to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag where he succumbed to his injuries. After medico-legal formalities, his body was handed over to his family.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard.
