PHDCCI delegation meets Chief Secy to discuss economic development

Srinagar, July 25: A delegation from the Kashmir chapter of PHDCCI, led by Chairman A P Vicky Shaw, met with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo (IAS) today.

The delegation included Co-Chair Javaid Anim, General Convenor Bilal Kawoosa, EC members Haleem Bhat, Nasir Shah, Shabir Abdullah, and Sajad Ahmad, along with Deputy Director Iqbal Fayaz Jan.

The meeting focused on key issues affecting Jammu and Kashmir's economic and industrial sectors. Topics discussed included tourism enhancement, support for MSMEs, housing and urban development initiatives, revival of handicrafts and handlooms, and the proposed Kashmir International Trade Expo.

Chief Secretary Dulloo listened attentively to the delegation's concerns and engaged in discussions on strategies for sustainable development in the region.

The PHDCCI Kashmir delegation expressed appreciation for the Chief Secretary's insights and support, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening the region's economic and industrial landscape.
