PDP withdraws support to Taj Mohiudin

Srinagar, Sep 09: PDP today withdrew its support to independent candidate Taj Mohiudin in Uri assembly constituency.

The party had yesterday announced to support him.

A PDP spokesperson said that it will now field its own candidate for the Uri assembly segment. “In light of the Apni Party extending support to Taj Mohiudin in the Uri assembly constituency, the PDP has decided to withdraw its support and field its own candidate,” he said.
