PDP true saviour of people: Waqar- ul- Haq Khan

Kupwara, Sep 13: Waqar ul Haq Khan, who recently replaced his father Advocate Abdul Haq Khan as the PDP candidate for Lolab assembly segment Thursday said that  his party is the only saviour political party in Jammu and Kashmir.

Waqar was addressing a workers’ convention at Diver Lolab.  He said that people in large number were getting associated with the party even after efforts were made to disintegrate it during last five years.

The PDP candidate said that his father has done great developmental works for the people in Lolab but their political opponents were making mockery and trying to discredit them. He said that people know who was their true representative.

This was party's first convention after Abdul Haq Khan was replaced by his son. Pertinently Abdul Haq Khan has developed severe health issues, with the result PDP replaced him and rendered mandate his son.

Addressing the gathering, Waqar ul Haq Khan thanked workers and supporters for their unwavering support and promised to work tirelessly for the development of the constituency.
