PDP holds party workers meeting in Eidgah Srinagar

Srinagar, Aug 29: The Jammu and Kashmir People’s Democratic Party (PDP) General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Alam visited Shanglipora, Eidgah, where he convened a meeting with party workers and interacted with the local residents.

During the interaction, the residents of Shanglipora apprised Khursheed Alam of various developmental concerns, particularly the need for improvement and upgradation of road connectivity in the area.

Residents of area urged the PDP leadership to take up the matter with the concerned authorities to ensure timely redressal. Responding to the public demand, Alam assured the gathering that he will personally follow up the issue with the competent authorities and strive for its early resolution.

Speaking on the occasion, Alam emphasized the importance of strengthening the party at the grassroots level. He urged the party cadre to intensify their public outreach and take the PDP’s agenda and Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed's vision “from door to door,” so that the message of peace, development, and people’s welfare reaches every household, said a party press release.
