Speaking on the occasion, District President Srinagar Abdul Qayoom Bhat said, “There is growing public resentment due to administrative apathy and unfulfilled promises. PDP workers have a responsibility to stand with the people, highlight their hardships, and serve as their true voice on the ground.” Senior PDP Leader and Constituency Incharge Arif Laigaroo said, “Habba Kadal, despite being a historic and densely populated constituency, has been deliberately neglected. From crumbling infrastructure to civic chaos, residents are suffering daily while the government remains indifferent. PDP will continue to fight for the rights and dignity of the people of Habba Kadal.” The speakers emphasised intensifying public outreach, strengthening organisational discipline, and preparing party workers to take on emerging political and civic challenges.
