Parra holds door to door campaigning in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Apr 30:   PDP candidate for Srinagar parliamentary constituency Waheed –ur- Rehman Parra on Tuesday held a door to door campaigning in various areas of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

He was accompanied by other party leaders including State Secretary Bashir Ahmed Mir and Bilal Ahmed.

Addressing the people on this occasion, Parra urged the voters particularly youth to come out in large numbers this time to exercise their franchise for a better future. ‘Our first effort is to encourage the youth of Kashmir to come out and vote in large numbers to bring about positive change in the Valley. Even those who used to boycott until today should come out from their homes, “Parra said. The PDP candidate said people of Kashmir are allies of the party. “People’s participation in electoral process is key to finding solutions to the problems being faced by people of Kashmir,” he said. Parra said that through our door-to-door campaign, “we want to give a message to the people of Kashmir that your voice will be heard, your concerns will be brought to the parliament.”
