Para-cricketer Amir named brand ambassador for Aryans Group of Colleges

Srinagar, Jan 24: In a significant collaboration, Captain of the Para Cricket Team in Jammu and Kashmir, Amir Husain Lone, is set to become the Brand Ambassador for Aryans Group of Colleges, located in Rajpura, near Chandigarh.

The announcement was made during a press conference where Amir expressed his joy in joining hands with Aryans Group, often referred to as the "Mini Kashmir of Punjab."

During the conference, Amir Husain Lone conveyed his happiness, stating, "I am really happy to be a part of Aryans Group of Colleges. I am visiting Aryans and will be participating in various student activities on the campus near Chandigarh." He extended his gratitude to Dr. Anshu Kataria, the Chairman of Aryans Group, for extending the invitation.

Amir acknowledged the substantial presence of Kashmiri students at Aryans Group, with over 2000 students from the valley out of a total of 3500. He praised the achievements of these students, highlighting their continuous efforts in bringing laurels not only to their families but also to the entire Kashmir valley. Amir particularly emphasised the uniqueness of Aryans Group as the only campus outside Kashmir with a majority of Kashmiri students.

Amir Husain Lone, a 34-year-old cricketer from Anantnag in Kashmir, has gained recognition not only for his remarkable cricketing skills but also for his distinctive playing style. Known for bowling with his legs and batting using his shoulder and neck, Amir has garnered attention from cricket legends like Sachin Tendulkar and notable industrialists such as Gautam Adani.
