Panel to negotiate loan financing agreement with DEA, IFAD

Jammu, Feb 16: J&K government has constituted a three-member Loan Negotiation Committee for deliberations with the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

The panel will have the Principal Secretary Agriculture Production Department, J&K as its chairman while the Principal Secretary Finance Department, J&K and Mission Director, HADP/JKCIP will be its members.

“This Loan Negotiation Committee has been constituted in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for negotiating financing agreement with the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance, Government of lndia and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD),” GAD Commissioner Secretary Sanjeev Verma has ordered.
