Overwhelming turnout witnessed at SVEEP programmes in Pulwama

Pulwama, Apr 30:   Amid inclement weather conditions, the District Election Office (DEO) Pulwama organised a robust Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) awareness programme at HS Chandhara Pulwama auditorium today and HSS Newa.

The events witnessed an overwhelming turnout, with a diverse audience hailing from Chandhara, Ladhoo, Krenchoo, Lethapora and Gundbal, amplifying the reach of the SVEEP message.

In a special message, District Election Officer (DEO) Pulwama, Dr. Basharat Qayoom underscored the importance of voter education and participation. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the programme resonated with attendees from various backgrounds, emphasizing the significance of civic engagement in the electoral process.
