“As Amit Shah has rightly said, this assembly election is the first election held under the Indian Constitution,” SBJP leader said. He added that those who were part of separatist parties and members of banned Jamaat-e Islami are now contesting elections held under the Indian Constitution. “There are no two constitutions now,” Sethi said.
