Orientation week kick starts at Aryans

Srinagar, Aug 20: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, near Chandigarh, kick-started its orientation week with an interactive session addressed by CEO, Life Skills Coach and Director, Prasanchetas Foundation, Manjula Sularia.

Speaking on the theme ‘Building One’s Academic Identity,’ Sularia inspired the newly admitted students to cultivate an academic identity aligned with their personal values, strengths, and aspirations.

She said such an approach not only strengthens learning but also instills confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in life.

“Your academic identity is not just about marks or degrees; it is about how you connect learning with your individuality and future goals,” Sularia told the students, urging them to develop self-awareness, critical thinking, and adaptability as key elements of success.

Chairman Aryans Group of Colleges, Anshu Kataria, while thanking Sularia, said such sessions provide valuable motivation to students at the very beginning of their academic journey.

He said that orientation week has been designed to help students transition smoothly into college life with focus on personal growth, academic excellence, and career readiness.

The session concluded with an interactive exchange, during which students shared their queries and aspirations, making the session both engaging and impactful.
