Only BJP can construct Sadhna Tunnel: Chug

Kupwara, Sep 29: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary Tarun Chugh Sunday said that the dream of seeing Sadhna Tunnel will soon turn out to be a reality for the people of Karnah. He said that although there was peace in the region but people were living in poverty.

Chug was talking to media after addressing an election rally in border town Karnah of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

He said that the NC-Congress alliance has miserably failed in Jammu and Kashmir and that is why were talking about a hung assembly. "Let me tell them that BJP was forming government in Jammu and Kashmir with full majority," he said.

While slamming National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah, Tarun said that he was a confused politician. Omar earlier said that he will not trim his beard and went on to say that he will not contest election but later he did contest parliament election and now was contesting assembly election from two constituencies.

"Omar will lose election from both the places and so will Mehbooba Mufti's daughter," he added. Tarun sought votes for BJP's contesting candidate for Karnah assembly segment.
