Led by renowned cancer surgeons Dr Amir M Parray, Dr Mudasir Bashir, and Dr Asim M Patloo, the surgical team undertook a challenging left compartment resection, which included en bloc tumor excision, right nephrectomy, right hemicolectomy, pancreas-preserving total duodenectomy, segmental inferior vena cava resection, and psoas muscle resection. The intricacy of the operation required exceptional skill and meticulous planning, given the patient’s prior treatments and the involvement of several vital organs.
