Omar-led govt trying to destabilise J-K, alleges BJP's Chugh

Srinagar, Nov 6: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP's) national general secretary Tarun Chugh Wednesday said that the resolution passed by J-K Assembly today violates the constitution and the apex court of India.

Chugh said, the resolution also disrespects the Parliament, which had put its stamp on the reading down of Article-370.

He said, Omar and his government were pushing the agenda "laid down by Pakistan and ISI."

He said the BJP would not allow such "flimsy issues to come to the forefront."

Chugh accused the Omar-led government of "deliberately trying to disturb the law-and-order in J-K."
