Omar Abdullah making U-turns: PDP

Kangan, Jan 15: PDP leader and constituency incharge Kangan Syed Jamat Ali Shaheen today accused Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of making frequent “U-turns” on serious issues of public importance.

Talking to media persons,  he said that the NC government is silent on those issues on which they received the votes in the assembly elections. Syed Jamat Ali who is also the PDP Secretary Incharge of Pahari cell alleged that the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has made a U- turn on his promise of providing 200 unit free electricity to people.

He urged the administration to provide job opportunities to locals of tehsil Gund and Kangan in the Sonamarg tunnel and Zojila tunnel. Shaheen also urged the administration to upgrade the infrastructure and facilities at the government health centres in Kangan and make health centre Nilgrath fully functional.
