Noted cardiologist Dr Upendra Kaul criticises Dulat’s book, saying ‘Not even entire factual’
Srinagar, Apr 20: Noted Cardiologist, Dr Upendra Kaul on Sunday criticised former RAW chief over his newly launched book ‘The Chief Minister and The Spy’, saying the content of the book is not entirely factual.
Dr Kaul highlighted that the portion regarding Article 370 abrogation has unnecessarily been picked up out of context by media who blown up it out of proportion.
“Listening to and seeing the tremendous media hype regarding Mr A S Dulat's most recent book I also got it. The Chief Minister and The Spy. My impression after going through: A very mediocre read, over rated, unnecessarily repetitive, not properly edited. Actually not even entirely factual as also corraborated by Dr Faroukh (Farooq Abdullah) Sahab himself. Seems to have been written in a tearing hurry but not at all vicious,” Dr Kaul in a post on social media said.
He said, “The portion regarding article 370 abrogation has un necessarily been picked up out of context by our media and blown up out of proportion to make it look controversial”.
“I guess if you have good friends in the media anything can be sold with a premium. Over all Impression DISSAPOINTING,” Dr Kaul added.
