Northern Rly runs 5 special trains from Jammu, Udhampur
Jammu, May 9: To facilitate stuck passengers in Jammu and Kashmir and ease their influx, the Northern Railway Friday announced to run five special trains from Jammu and Udhampur.
According to a Northern Railway spokesperson, one special train 04612 departed Jammu for Delhi at 10.45 am on Friday with stoppage enroute at Pathankot.
Another special train, Vande Bharat rake of 20 coaches fully reserved, from Udhampur via Jammu and Pathankot cantt with MCTM started at 12.45 pm and departed Jammu at around 13:45.
According to the spokesperson, the third special train on Friday departed Jammu at 7 pm for Delhi.
Fourth special train 04622 will depart tomorrow morning i.e., May 10, 2025 at 11.05 am from Udhampur, via Jammu, Kathua, Pathankot Cantt, to Delhi. It will comprise 19 sleeper coaches.
Another special, mainly unreserved, train left Jammu for Guwahati via UP, Bihar at 11.55 pm.
