Northern Army Commander reviews security grid in Poonch

Poonch, Nov 21: Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Pratik Sharma on Friday visited Shahsitar in Poonch to assess the operational preparedness and review the prevailing security situation in the hinterland, where he was briefed on ongoing counter-terror operations and strengthened deployment measures.

As per news agency Kashmir News Corner --- KNC, Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Army Commander Northern command, visited Shahsitar, Poonch to review operational readiness and assess the prevailing security situation in the hinterland.

He was briefed on ongoing Counter Terrorism operations and measures to strengthen the security grid.

Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Army Commander appreciated the steadfast dedication, high state of preparedness and professional excellence of the troops operating under challenging conditions.
