Nitish Kumar is new CID chief, orders government

Srinagar, Aug 16: The J&K government of Friday ordered the posting of Nitish Kumar (IPS) presently ADGP CID as Head of CID, relieving R.R Swain (IPS) DGP J&K, of the additional charge of the post, read an official order from government's Home Department.
