Nikhil Borkar posted as SSP Budgam

Srinagar, Apr 27: The government Saturday transferred Nikhil Borkar, SSP (Tech) CID Headquarters, and posted him as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Budgam.

The order issued by the Home Department in this regard has been done following a nod by the Chief Electoral Officer, J&K, on Friday, official sources said.

“In the interest of the administration, it is hereby ordered that Nikhil Borkar, SSP (Tech) CID Headquarters is transferred and posted as Senior Superintendent of Police, Budgam, vice Al-Tahir Geelani,” the order said. “Further, Geelani will await posting at Police Headquarters, till further orders.”
