New roster for public darbars of administrative secretaries issued
Jammu, June 30: J&K government Sunday issued a new roaster for Administrative Secretaries to conduct public darbars in various districts during the month of July.
Fresh roster has been notified in supersession of Government Order No 1144-JK(GAD) of 2024 dated June 5, 2024 and Government Order No 1282-JK(GAD) of 2024 dated June 26, 2024.
As per the schedule notified, Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department will conduct public darbar in Srinagar district on July 3, 2024 while Dheeraj Gupta, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment will hold public darbar on July 4 in Anantnag district.
Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary Agriculture Production Department will listen to public issues on July 5 in Budgam district; H Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary Power Development Department on July 5 in Jammu district; Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary, Home Department on July 4 in Udhampur district and Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya, Principal Secretary, Finance Department on July 3 in Kathua district.
Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department will conduct public darbar on July 5 in Samba district; Suresh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary, Department of Culture on July 4 in Kupwara district; Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department on July 3 in Ganderbal district and Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary, Science & Technology Department on July 4 in Reasi district.
Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department will hold public darbar on July 5 in Ramban district while Prerna Puri, Commissioner Secretary, Information Technology
Department will listen to public issues on July 3 in Shopian district; Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner Secretary, Social Welfare Department on July 5 in Kulgam district and Yasha Mudgul, Commissioner Secretary, Tourism Department on July 22 in Baramulla district.
Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department will conduct public darbar on July 5 in Bandipora district; Dr Rashmi Singh, Commissioner Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol Department on July 8 in Jammu district; Sarmad Hafeez, Administrative Secretary, Youth Services & Sports Department on July 10 in Budgam district and Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department on July 16 in Kishtwar district.
Niraj Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Transport Department will listen to public issues on July 19 in Doda district; Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department on July 15 in Udhampur district; Rehana Batul, Administrative Secretary, Information Department on July 19 in Anantnag district and Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Administrative Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department on July 18 in Bandipora district.
Mohammad Aijaz, Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department will hold public darbar on July 22 in Poonch district; Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks & Gardens Department on July 24 in Shopian district; Zubair Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs on July 15 in Pulwama district and Babila Rakwal, Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department on July 16 in Rajouri district.
Anil Koul, Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction will conduct a public darbar on July 24 in Kupwara district and Shabnam Kamli, Administrative Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department on July 22 in Ganderbal district.
“The Deputy Commissioners shall be responsible for organizing these darbars and shall ensure their wide publicity in districts, well in advance,” GAD order read.
