Srinagar, Oct 12: In an initiative to promote mental well-being and inner balance among students and staff, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, near Chandigarh, organised a workshop on ‘Introduction to Inner Engineering and Guided Meditation with Sadhguru’ for Aryans students, including Engineering, Law, Nursing, Pharma, Paramedical, and Physiotherapy.

A statement of the Aryans Group of Colleges issued here said that the session was conducted by Atheer Al-Sarayfi from the Netherlands, an experienced Ishanga for inner engineering instructor associated with the inner engineering programme designed by Sadhguru.

During the session, Al-Sarayfi introduced participants to the core principles of inner engineering, an approach that integrates the body, mind, emotions, and energy for personal transformation.

He emphasised the importance of meditation and self-awareness in managing stress and achieving overall well-being.

Director General, Aryans Group, Parveen Kataria,said that the guided meditation segment allowed students and faculty to experience a sense of calm and clarity, leaving them rejuvenated and inspired.
