“NC survived on slogans and false assurances while the people remained deprived of basic facilities. Their manifesto has no credibility on the ground. Today, the public itself is exposing their lies,” said the MP.

He strongly emphasised that accountability must be fixed at every level, directing the officers present to ensure time-bound redressal of public grievances. “There should be no escape from responsibility. If a department fails to deliver, accountability must be fixed. Public service is not optional, it is a duty,” Khatana asserted, making it clear that negligence and delays would not be tolerated.

Former Minister Choudhary Zulfkar Ali, while addressing the gathering, said that the people of Pir Panjal have finally recognized the gap between NC’s words and actions.  Khatana carefully heard every grievance and instructed the concerned officials to initiate immediate action, reiterating that public trust can only be restored through performance and accountability. The public darbar concluded with a strong message that the era of false promises and unaccountable governance is over.
