NC leader Rattan Lal Gupta bereaved

Srinagar, Jul 21: Shub Gupta wife of senior National Conference (NC) leader and former MLC and party Provincial President Jammu Rattan Lal Gupta passed away.

NC President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have expressed grief over her demise and offered condolences to the bereaved family. The duo prayed for peace to the departed soul and fortitude to the bereaved family during this difficult time.

Other NC leaders have condoled the demised and offered condolences to the bereaved family. They include Ali Muhammad Sagar, Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Shammi Oberoi, asir Aslam Wani, Tanvir Sadiq, Showkat Ahmad Mir, Mian Altaf Ahmad and Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi

Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was held at the party headquarters, Nawai-e-Subha, Srinagar, under the chairmanship of the Party’s General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar to express heartfelt sympathy with senior party leader and Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, on the sudden demise of his wife.
