NC holds block functionaries’ meeting of Tral constituency

Srinagar, Sep 27: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Kashmir Showkat Mir today held an important organisational meeting of Block Presidents from the Tral constituency at the Party’s headquarters Nawa-e-Subha in Srinagar, said a press release.

The meeting was convened to review ongoing public outreach initiatives, assess organizational functioning at the grassroots, and discuss key public issues affecting the region.

The meeting witnessed the participation of three block presidents of Tral constituency. In his address, Showkat Mir commended the dedication of the Block Presidents and local functionaries, noting their crucial role in maintaining a strong connection between the people and the party. He emphasized that, in the absence of a formal constituency in-charge, Block Presidents must act as the primary interface for the people raising their concerns, mobilizing support, and carrying the party’s message to every village and mohalla. "JKNC has always stood by the people of Tral through every challenge. This region has witnessed both political neglect and developmental stagnation in recent years."
