Nation stands with victim families of Reasi attack: President Murmu

Srinagar, June 10: President Droupadi Murmu Monday said that the terrorist attack on a bus carrying yatris in Reasi was a “dastardly act” and the nation stood with the victim families.

Taking to micro-blogging site X, the President of India in a post said: “I am anguished by the terrorist attack on a bus carrying pilgrims in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. This dastardly act is a crime against humanity and must be condemned in the strongest words. The nation stands with the families of the victims. I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.”

Nine persons died and 33 others were injured as terrorists struck a bus carrying yatris from Uttar Pradesh in Reasi district on Sunday.
