NASHA MUKT BHARAT ABHIYAN | Poster making competition held at Ramgarh

Samba, Dec 14: The NSS Unit ‘Prabha’ of GDC Ramgarh, on Thursday organised a poster making competition on the theme ”Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” under the guidance and supervision of the Principal of the College, Dr Geetanjli Andotra.

As many as 15 students were selected for the competition. They actively participated and created colourful posters to spread awareness regarding the Nasha Mukt Bharat campaign. The Posters depicting consequences of substance consumption and drug abuse prevention were showcased beautifully by students of the college.

Principal of the college applauded the Endeavour to raise awareness about the menace of drugs. She added that for a bright future of the country. It is imperative that the youth are motivated to adopt a healthy outlook towards life. She also applauded the NSS PO of the college, Prof Brham Dutt for organising the event.

The posters were judged by a jury comprising Dr Shivani Choudhary HOD Political Science, Priya Sharma HOD Sociology.

In the Competition pertaining to the Nasha Mukt, Ist, 2nd and 3rd Prizes were claimed by Alisha Menia of B A Sem-3rd , Sonali Bhagat of B A Sem-Ist and Kamini Chib of B A sem-3rd respectively.
