Narcotic smuggling bid foiled; 2 arrested

Ramban, Mar 17 :  Ramban Police foiled a narcotic smuggling bid and arrested two persons at  Sangaldan area of Gool on Sunday.

A police party of Police Post Sangaldan was conducting checking near police post Sangaldan. They stopped two pedestrian Mohammad Farooq son of Abdual Aziz resident of Barakund,Sangaldan and Mohammad Hussian son of Jamal Din Sheikh resident of Bandan Sangaldan Tehsil Gool District Ramban.  During their frisking Charas approximately 600 grams was recovered from their possessions.

The accused persons have been arrested and contraband seized. Investigation in the case is going on.

A case has been registered at Police Station Gool in this connection.
