Srinagar, May 21: Sunita a 43 year old woman from Nagpur went missing from the line of control near kargil, who was reportedly in touch with persons from Pakistan.

According to reports on Saturday May 17 Sunil, Sunita’s brother filed a missing person’s complaint at the kapil nagar police station in Nagpur.  Sunita was travelling with her 12-year-old son, whom she left behind in Hunderman village.

Police sources revealed that Sunita, a former nurse previously employed at a hospital in Nagpur, had been working as a door-to-door garment vendor. In the weeks before she went missing, she reportedly exhibited signs of emotional instability and disorientation.

According to sources Kargil police and the Army are probing the roles of Zulfikar and the pastor in allegedly luring Sunita across the LOC. Sunita’s disappearance has triggered investigations by security agencies.

Sunita was last seen on May 14 in Huderman village with her 14 year old son and is expected to have crossed the LOC and sources suggesting she may be in the custody of Gilgit police.
