Officially known as the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project, the 508-kilometre corridor will connect Mumbai and Ahmedabad through 12 stations. Designed for an operational speed of 320 km per hour, the train is expected to cover the distance in just 127 minutes with limited stops, significantly reducing travel time between the two key economic centres.
