Mughal Road closed

Rajouri, Dec 8: The movement of vehicles has been suspended on Mughal Road amid fresh snowfall, especially near Pir Ki Gali.

Officials said that rainfall started in some upper reaches of Poonch district with Pir Ki Gali (PKG) receiving snowfall that started in the afternoon.

They said that due to snowfall road surface turned slippery, forcing authorities to close the road for the movement of vehicles.

Deputy SP Surankote, Ajaz Choudhary said, “We have restricted the movement of vehicles on the Mughal Road amid slippery conditions.”
